Aligning the subconscious mind
When your conscious mind and your subconscious mind are not in alignment, the subconscious mind is going to win every time.
Today's science estimates that 95 percent of our brain's activity is unconscious, meaning that the majority of the decisions we make, the actions we take, our emotions and behaviors, depend on the 95 percent of brain activity that lies beyond conscious awareness.
This is exactly why I’ve devoted my own personal practices, my studying & education and the majority of my coaching sessions to focusing on the subconscious mindset.
I’m sure you’re on board with how important this is now, but how do we actually do it?
You can start to reprogram your subconscious mind by consciously choosing thoughts that support you.
One I’ve been practicing for years is “I love myself”.
Another is “I am safe”.
Repeating these mantras right before you drift off to sleep, and right as you’re waking up each day is a great time, because that is when the subconscious mind is more susceptible to new thoughts.
