The Benefits of Self Love


When you need rest (this could be because you're ill, burnt out, or overwhelmed) resting IS the MOST productive thing you can do. This is self love. When you take care of yourself first, then you can show up for your loved ones and your business/clients/career. THEN you can move forward, take care of things, create ect. and it wont feel so hard.
