"Rusty?"

I have a DJ gig coming up!

I’m playing the main stage at camp out music festival, at a great time slot on the Saturday night.

It’s the first time I’ve been on an official lineup in the last 2 1/2 years or so.

I’m really looking forward to being behind the decks again, under the stars, in front of beautiful people, hearts open and ready to dance

I’m realizing I am RUSTY and really need to put a lot of effort into preparing for it!!

When I go to burning man, I DJ about 6 to 10 times in a week.

By that last set, I’m so comfortable, it feels smooth and easy, I could probably DJ with my eyes closed!

And now after this 2 1/2 year hiatus the opposite is true.

It’s giving me the awareness of how important it is to be consistent with my self-care practice.

With my morning routine.

With running my business.

And in my relationships.

If we let things that are important to us go too long without us giving energy to them, we get rusty, and it’s harder to do them.

This is one of the huge benefits that my one-on-one clients get.

Support in being consistent with the things that are most important to them.

I see huge shifts and expansions in my clients as a result of the accountability I provide them with, to keep them moving forward.

The other big piece is uncovering what is standing in the way of them being consistent and taking their actions.

Once we’ve uncovered that, processor, integrated it, moving forward becomes so much easier.

One example from a session today:

This client has been sober for over a month, implemented an exercise routine, and as a result is consistently making a lot more money in his business.

Reply to this email if you’d like to schedule a consultation to find out more about receiving this kind of support through one-on-one coaching with me.

And enjoy this reminder to keep up with the practices that have you in alignment with the kind of life you truly desire to live.

Here’s the flyer for the event I’m DJing, want to come dance with me?
